Player profile
Powerful centre-half who joined the Ding from Thurrock in the summer of 2006. Also featured last season as a makeshift centre-forward for Thurrock but in his usual centre half role, Richard began his career at Arsenal as a trainee before moving on to Brentford and Woking.
